Through our building company JB Henderson Homes LLC, we offer custom built homes, suited specifically to a client. We pride ourselves in our start to finish building process, guidance to availability and cost effectiveness of building options, and overall satisfaction and approval we have from each of our customers at the completion of building their dream home.

We combined hands on traditional and the latest cutting edge technology building methods. Our homes are architecturally designed and certified. In our reverse story and one half plans we use pre-engineered and certified floor and roof trusses. The pre-engineered web roof and floor trusses span from exterior wall to exterior wall and allow us to offer our customers very unique open designs, entries and stairways, along with the capabilities to adjust internal walls to fit their needs. This gives our plans a much more spacious living area than a typical stick framed plan. Our floor trusses contain all heating and cooling duct work, plumbing and electrical, thus providing nine foot basement ceiling heights with no fur downs. This is an extremely important feature for our reverse story and one half plans.

JBH Homes, LLC and JB Henderson Homes, LLC specialize in quality construction along with very unique custom features, such as our Courtyards and or Verandas on in-ground lots. This provides our customers the opportunity to take advantage of lower lot costs and still have a walkout onto a lower level Courtyard, and or adding a second level Veranda with both offering optional waterfalls, landscaped gardens, hot tubs and fire pits. We offer decks overlooking the Courtyards and or Verandas, and we also offer a separate covered cooking deck off the kitchen area. Our decks offer the optional low maintenance ceramic tile surfaces and or stamped concrete. Inside we offer detailed crown molding, ledges and niches enhanced by various dome and barrel vaults. Walk-in panty’s in the kitchen is a must or enjoy an artistically faux finished entertainment bar or wine cellar.
