Roof and floor trusses are the future for the building business. They are engineered for download and uplift, unlike stick built roofs and floor. They are sized specifically to fit the foundation. We use 2x6 walls to support the roof trusses along with the bib insulation system of blown walls and ceilings. These building techniques do cost a little more than conventional building, but we believe the comparison is the difference of night versus day, and this is why we elect to use them.
Floor Trusses

Floor trusses can be set in a day and ready for sheeting. All sheeting is glued, nailed and then screwed before glue dries.

Factory Built, then delivered to our job site for installation.

All heating and cooling ducts, plumbing lines and electrical wiring are installed inside the floor trusses. This allows the ceiling height in the basement to be a full nine feet tall with no fur downs, which is extremely important with reverse story plans.

Roof Trusses

Factory built, then delivered to our job site for installation. Some roof sections can be fully assembled on the ground and lifted in position with a crane truck.

As you can see in the pictures, these roof trusses are built to precision making our roofs straighter with more strength. Our roofs are ready for sheeting in two or three days.

The roof truss above is in excess of 40 feet long. Our roofs can be changed to handle heavy concrete tile roofs with little expense involved.
